Our Doctor
Lyndsi Beard, D.C., CCSP®
Dr. Lyndsi is dedicated to serve her local community which is what prompted her to start her own practice in Ardmore. She is a 2005 graduate of Lone Grove High School where she was actively involved in sports and leadership programs. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2010 with a bachelors in Biological Science and a minor in American Sign Language.
Dr. Lyndsi graduated from Parker University in December 2014, where she was a teaching assistant of Dr. Ronald Wells in Thompson, Flexion-Distraction, and SOT adjusting techniques. She completed her internship under the training of Dr. Troy Liming at Parker University, Dr. Jon Schweitzer and Dr. Stacy Harris of Texas Health Centers in Fort Worth, TX. Dr. Lyndsi is full body FDM (Fascial Distortion Model) certified.
Dr. Lyndsi Beard has obtained the postgraduate designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians™ (ACBSP™). The CCSP® certification requires the doctor to attend a minimum of 100 hours of a 120 hour postgraduate program. This instruction is specific to physical fitness and the evaluation and treatment of injuries encountered in sports. Following the completion of these hours, the doctor must then take and successfully pass a comprehensive written examination.
This training will aid the doctor in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries by enhancing her diagnostic skills and patient care. The CCSP® certification exists to provide a uniform standard of education that assures teams and athletes that the doctor has met a minimum level of competency in chiropractic sports medicine. Dr. Lyndsi joins over 5500 others internationally who hold this designation.

Dr. Lyndsi is certified in FMT RockFloss and FMT RockPods. RockFloss introduces the concept of skin/fascial/nerve gliding to help reduce tissue swelling, improve movement, and modulate pain with the use of a compression band. RockPods concept of skin/fascial decompression is to help improve tissue mobility, improve movement, and modulate pain with the use of myofascial cups.
Dr. Lyndsi married her sweetheart Keith Beard in 2019. They welcome a sweet baby boy in August of 2020 named Dusty. She also has a stepson named Parker. Dr. Lyndsi is very involved in community organizations. She is past chair of YW8, past chair of Ardmore Young Professionals, and past board member of United Way of Southern Oklahoma. Dr. Lyndsi is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Ardmore program.

Our Practice
The DIB Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic is a vision I've had for a long time and was inspired by the memory of my brother Dusty Cain. Dusty and two of his friends, Issac Covey and Bobby Tidwell tragically lost their young lives several years ago. I remember the close relationship that I had with my brother and it is something that I continue to carry in my heart. He wanted to be a doctor and help as many people as he could...I too share this same dream. The design for the logo is centered on the boys’ initials surrounded by their favorite colors. My goal as your chiropractor is to provide you with as many tools as possible to help give you total and balanced health.

THE PRACTICE
Clinic News:
1. Heather is now offering massage Wednesday through Friday in the office.
2. Patients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel before their appointment time are considered a No Show. No Show visits will be subject to a $50 No Show fee for a new patient visit and $35 for an established patient visit. This fee will not be submitted to insurance. It is your responsibility and must be paid in full at your next visit.
3. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment with Dr. Lyndsi we will need to reschedule your appointment
